- Shipping times can take up to 5-7 business days from the date of processing. (Not including government Holidays)

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Damage During Transit:
- We take great care in packaging our items. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To process a refund for a damaged item, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the damage is confirmed.
- We do not offer refunds for items that are not damaged.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure.
