Welcome to The Braiding Academy, where the art of braiding meets education. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our courses.

1. Enrollment and Registration:

  • To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • Registration requires accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Tuition and Fees:

  • Tuition fees are outlined in our enrollment materials.
  • Payment plans and options are available. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Attendance and Participation:

  • Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful completion.
  • Missed classes can be made up with advance notice to instructors.

4. Conduct and Respect:

  • Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is expected at all times.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Curriculum and Materials:

  • Course content, schedules, and materials are subject to change at the discretion of The Braiding Academy.
  • All course materials are the intellectual property of The Braiding Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Certification:

  • Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate from The Braiding Academy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy outlined in our enrollment materials.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

8. Location and Facilities:

  • The Braiding Academy is located in Dallas, Texas. Students are responsible for their own transportation.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. The Braiding Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
